What is a bodywork & dessert jam? It's Therapeutic Flying meets Thai Bodywork and a side of yummy sweets to indulge in. 

Paula and Tati will guide you through a short Thai Bodywork sequence and share some of our favorite therapeutic flying moves for the winter time. 

We'll save the last half hour to play and freestyle with what you've just learned and share sweets. 

Please bring a yoga mat and a small pillow.
