Have you ever argued with your partner or had a mix up due to miscommunication? We can all benefit from a little bit of therapy these days to make our lives (and relationships) a little smoother. This not your “normal” Couples Therapy 101 session. We’re going to be using AcroYoga to physically support each other and build a healthy relationship from the ground up.
In this workshop you'll learn:
-How to use AcroYoga as a tool to build communication, trust, and playfulness in your relationship
-To balance (literally) on your partner with ease
-Another way to have fun together (with your clothes on)
-To set aside what they think is the “right way” to talk to one another in order learn something new together
-To ask for what you need in your partnership
Some Yoga experience will be helpful, though not necessary.

Curious about different ways to connect with your partner or friend? Looking for new ways to stretch & get upside down? Join Paula for an afternoon of AcroYoga where we'll develop a strong foundation of the practice with some partner yoga, supported inversions, and more!
AcroYoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of healing arts. These three lineages form the foundation of a practice that cultivates trust, playfulness, and community.
Be prepared to empower yourself by going upside down in a fun, safe and supportive environment.
No partner necessary.
The human hand consists of 27 bones with 4 hands involved that's 108, likely be enough to have someone in a handstand in someone else’s hands.
Paula and Phil have played with hand to hand for a hot minute nearly every time that they have seen each other for the last six years. Sometimes there is a profound difference, sometimes not but always the repetition has taught them that balance requires connection. We will start by connecting those 108 bones in the hands then deepen to see how we become more aware of how we can hold ourselves, support each other, and find ease.
